What payment methods do you accept?

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We've simplified shipping methods by using the United States Postal Service flat rate service. It is a two tiered rate system based on the number of items purchased.
Domestic Shipping Options:
1 book purchase: most packages are delivered within 7-10 days / $4.99
2-4 book purchase: most packages are delivered within 7-10 days / $8.99

How do I track my order?
Shipment information will be sent via email when we ship your order.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made an error on your order or would just like to change it, please email us from the "contact" page If your order has not been shipped out, we will make every attempt to change the order for you. In your email to us, please provide as much detail as possible, including the order number, the name under which the order was placed, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be Carlousia, LLC.
What is your return policy?
Books purchased from Carlousia, LLC that are undamaged/unopened can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Once the undamaged book is received, a refund of the book purchase price, less $4.99 in shipping and handling will be processed. Please refer to the package slip that was included with your order for instructions. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us for further instructions.
If you purchased through a third party book reseller or publisher, please contact them to understand their return policy, Carlousia LLC, will not refund the purchase of a book purchased through a third party.

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
